This Privacy Policy explains what information CarromEra (“we”, “us”, the “App”) collects when you play, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have — including how to delete your account and data.
CarromEra is a real-time multiplayer Carrom game published by TechFloater Labs. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at support@techfloater.com.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the game:
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
The App shows ads via Google AdMob and uses your device’s Advertising ID to serve and measure them. You can reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device’s Google settings. Where required, we ask for your consent before serving personalised ads.
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Coins and gems are virtual, in-game currency only; they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for real money or items of real-world value, and are non-transferable outside the game.
CarromEra is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact support@techfloater.com and we will delete it.
We keep your account data while your account is active. Raw analytics events are retained for a limited period and then deleted automatically. When you delete your account (see §10) we remove your account and associated data, except records we must retain for legal, security or financial reasons (e.g. purchase records).
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these, contact support@techfloater.com.
You can delete your account and associated data at any time:
This permanently removes your profile, stats, currencies, inventory and social connections. Some records may be retained where required by law (see §8).
We protect data in transit with encryption (HTTPS/WSS) and apply access controls and authentication on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
