Delete your CarromEra account

You can permanently delete your CarromEra account and its associated data. The fastest way is inside the app; if you no longer have the app installed, use the request form below.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

Open CarromEra → Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account, then confirm.

Option 2 — Request deletion here

Fill in enough detail for us to locate your account. We verify each request before deleting and aim to complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. purchase records). See our Privacy Policy.

Help us find the right account — your exact in-game username or your Player ID from Profile.
